2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
LEOM MUSIC LAB, S.L. provides a subscription-based streaming service for high-quality classical music backing tracks. The service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent to subscribe. The service is for personal, non-professional use and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION
Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are handled and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 103.m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, by accessing the content, you expressly agree to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal (refund) once streaming begins.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store settings.
Price Changes: Fees may be modified at any time. Changes will be communicated with reasonable notice through the app or your provided contact information.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE LICENSE
Ownership: LEOM MUSIC LAB, S.L. retains all rights to the recordings, musical arrangements, and software.
License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for personal streaming use only.
AI & Data Mining: The use of content for data mining, scraping, or as input for training Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning models is strictly prohibited.
Recording over tracks: Recording yourself over the tracks for public distribution or commercial purposes is strictly forbidden unless a separate commercial license is obtained.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users agree not to copy, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the content. Any attempt to decompile the software or to circumvent digital rights management (DRM) will result in immediate termination.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
LEOM MUSIC LAB, S.L. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amount paid for the active subscription period.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.
8. MODIFICATION TO TERMS
LEOM MUSIC LAB, S.L. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
