In compliance with Spanish and international intellectual property legislation, LEOM MUSIC LAB S.L. is the owner or legitimate licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to its website and the mobile application “Play with Piano”,(Registered Trademark) including but not limited to audio recordings, backing tracks, musical arrangements, mastering and editing of sound files, software, source code, interface design, logos, trademarks, texts, and graphic elements. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. TERMS OF USE
Users undertake to make lawful and appropriate use of the contents and services offered. LEOM MUSIC LAB S.L. reserves the right to remove any content that violates human dignity, public order, or applicable law.
4. EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY
LEOM MUSIC LAB S.L. shall not be held liable for damages arising from errors or omissions in content, lack of service availability, or the transmission of malicious software, notwithstanding the adoption of reasonable security measures.
5. MODIFICATIONS
LEOM MUSIC LAB S.L. reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content or services without prior notice.
6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
In compliance with Spanish law, all disputes shall be governed by Spanish legislation and submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
