REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

  • Management: Subscriptions are managed directly by the user through their Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

  • Procedure: To avoid future charges, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Premium content until the end of your current billing period.

  • Important: Deleting the Play with Piano application from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription.

2. REFUND POLICY

  • Legal Framework: In accordance with Article 103.m of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal (refund) does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium.

  • Execution: By streaming or accessing the tracks within Play with Piano, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund.

  • Platform Governance: Since payments are processed by Apple or Google, any exceptional refund request (e.g., billing errors) must be submitted directly to the respective platform support:

3. FREE CONTENT AND EVALUATION

LEOM MUSIC LAB, S.L. provides a selection of free content. We strongly encourage users to evaluate the quality and technical compatibility of the service using the free tracks before committing to a paid subscription.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

  • Scope: While we are not responsible for platform/site billing, we will make every effort to resolve service-related issues.

5. CHANGES TO PRICING

LEOM MUSIC LAB, S.L. reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Any change will be notified via the app or email with reasonable notice. Price changes will only apply to the next billing cycle following the notice.
